*Baileys presents 2 prizes at the Swahili Fashion Week 2014: Baileys Female Model of the Year and the Baileys Stylish Personality of the year at the Luxurious Sea Cliff Hotel in Dar es Salaam Tanzania.

Serengeti Breweries Limited, through the 7th Edition of the Swahili Fashion Week will sponsor the Baileys Female Model of the Year 2014 and the Baileys Stylish Personality of the Year 2014 prizes on Sunday, 7 December 2014. The Swahili Fashion Week is one of the biggest annual fashion event in Eastern and Central Africa with the mission of promoting East Africa fashion brands, improving quality output of fashion design from the region and at the same time providing a platform for fashion and accessory designers from Swahili speaking countries and beyond to showcase their talent.

This event matches well with Baileys® purpose to ‘inspire women to shine’ because fashion is one profession that brings out the stylish, authentic, elegant and intelligent nature of women.

By sponsoring for the first time these two prizes, Baileys would like to reinforce these qualities which are inherent to all women and encourage them to draw on these attributes to be able to realise their dreams and potential.

All guests, designers and models of the event will raise their glasses to celebrate the success of the world’s number one cream liqueur and mark the 40th Anniversary of Baileys’ first production in 1974.
